Updated on: 4.2.08 | | These are the rules. Follow them. There is low tolerance for breaking and will not be taken lightly, so be careful. The worse the rules breaking the harsher the punishment.
I would like to directly point out that harassment will result in temperary ban, sexual harassment gives you a preminate ban. Read these rules thoroughly, follow them, and this site will be very fun.

- No fighting in OOC! This gets annoying. If you fight then take it to the PMs. If you are having a problem with another member please contect a Staff member, if it's a staff member giving you problems contact the admin (Joker) asap (as soon as possible).
- Role playing is for the IC boards, keep them there.
- Respect will be given to every member, by every member. This rules is directed to staff as well as members.
- Do not ask to be on the staff team for you will be denied. Do not complain. If you are booted from staff then there will be no complaining. I don't have to give you a reason for why you are being depromoted either.
- If you make an image, be sure to copywrite it for there are theives in this world. Same goes for images you make for some one other than yourself.
- Do not harass anyone. (read this in top post)
- Do not put ANYTHING on this site that would offend someone. If no one says anything about not liking an image, text, etc. then you may keep it on the forum.

- You may have unlimited characters as long as all characters are active.
- No Gmoding or Power Playing. (mild power play is allowed so long as the other rper agrees with it)
- Do not kill, rape, or kidnap a character without the other player's okay.
- Sex is allowed as long as you don't do it in every, or every other, thread you rp in. Every graphic thread must have an [M] tag at the beginning of the title. If it happens later in the thread unplanned then modify the first post and place the tag in the title.
- Try to limit OOC in the IC.

- You name must be clean and appropiate. Nothing like sk8rgurl_101 or ToTaLLyCraZy. It makes the site look ugly.
- Please no nude pictures or offensive images.
- Images are allowed for your signature, but if they are large, stretch the page, and/or are the reason for most of the scrolling on a page/thread then it will be removed without warning.
- Avatar images may NOT be any larger than 100x100.
- You may hide your age, email, and etc, but remember that the admin and some staff can still see it. Basically, if you are underaged for the site, we'll know.

- Only one leader to gang. You may only have one gang at a time.
- You will have to work for more territory. Which means lots of posting!
- Gangs fight and kill alot. They also fight for terroitory. Do not attack someone else's gang without the leader's permisson first.
- Keep your Gang's information up-to-date.
- It is wise to ask around to see who will join your gang before you make it, but it is fine if you don't.
- These are gangs, not armies, thus they cannot conquer the great country of Shiccal.

NOTE:Many rules may be similar as the ones in the Role Play section.
- You may have an unlimited amount of characters, be sure they are active though.
- Woman can get pregnant. Sex may start at the age of 13, and females may get pregnant as well.
- Men may start sex at 13.
- Since this is realistic in many points, you may have any race of character (ex. African American, Native Amerian Indian, Russian, German, etc etc) and they may have any orientation (ex. Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian, Transexual, Pansexual, etc).
- Not all characters have it so damn horrible. So please try NOT to make your character's history all about being raped several times.
- Similar as above, no one has a perfect life, especially here. None are rich or have a rich background. Don't make them mighty and powerful.
- Woman may have up to 4 children here.
- Not everyone has a twin, thus, not all your characters should have twins.
- Men can only marry ONE woman/man, and women may marry ONE man/woman at one time. But again, since this is realistic in some points, they may still cheat on each other with another man/woman.
